The governor of the province of Al Jubail-designate Abdullah bin Nasser Al Askar has congratulated the wize saudi leadership for the declaration of the Kingdom Vision 2030, stressing that it is a clear evidence of the leadership interest in the progress and development of the country and the development of human and natural resources.
during the program of the provinces of the region which was organized by Asharqia Chamber represented by young people of Eastern businessman Council on Wednesday night, April 272 016 in the Intercontinental Jubail Hotel entitled (opportunities and challenges) Al Askar stressed that Jubail has witnessed the start of a number of leader successful businessmen of the pioneer generation, who worked on their own, and took over their business, noting that that golden generation had a real vision for the place it wants to be in, and the progress of its work after a period of time.
Al Askar pointed that the military during the program that witnessed the presence of the member of Board of Directors of the Chamber Rashid bin Abdullah Al Rasheed, and the Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel, and head of business Council in Jubail Salman Al Oqaili, and the former representative of Jubail province Abdullah Al Musfer, and a remarkable number of business youngmen and those interested that the Jubail province is full of opportunities as it embraces a deep rooted trade heritage of fishing and pearling, in addition to the presence of the Royal Committee and Sadara, advising young businessmen to catch opportunity and not copying projects, saying: always remember the phrase ""renew or dont show,"" so I advise you to renew and stay away from imitation.
Al Askar said that Jubail has many investment opportunities in the industrial sectors and also in the tourism sector, which predicts a promising future, noting that the province is working on bringing out these opportunities and opening the door for investing in them.
Al Askar stressed the necessity for young businessman to be keen to record their leading works and ideas in the concerned institutions wich care about the intellectual protection stressing that such procedure contributes in the business development and presevring the intellectual and financial rights.
Al Askar spoke about the importance of the work culture among business pioneers stressing the need for the availability of sufficient experience to achieve succee, pointing to the sources of funding and support provided by our government to business pioneers.
He pointed to the keenness of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province to facilitate any challenges facing young businessman, and always prompting to provide the services they need.
At the end of his speech he urged the young businessman for seriousness and diligence in the search for new and diverse investment opportunities that Al Jubail is fertile with and the making of new glory and supplying the local market with modern and distinctive ideas.
And during the program the general manager of colleges and Royal Committee institutions, Dr. Ali Asiri has presented the vision of the Committee to raise the level of the human element to contribute in major economic projects in Jubail, stressing that the keenness of the Committee to develop the level of colleges and institutions to give graduates the required opportunities by the labor market.Asiri noted to the importance of the Committee and its great role in attracting the trade business and the diversified investment opportunities, in addition to the huge gains of manufacturing, pointing that there is a gap between college graduates and the requirements of the market, but at the same time, graduates of the Authority institutions fill this gap as they are getting a considerable attention and a suitable preparation at best levels.
For his part, Chairman of Almisihal group businessman Abdullah Almisihal within his part in the program has presented an overview of his experience in the money and business world, where he said that during a journey that has spread to about 30 years he learned the mix of success that will bring dreams of pioneer businessmen which is: a clear goal, a clear plan, and always having patience.
Almisihal said about his experience: after finishing my studies, I worked in the private sector for two years, then sold residential land I had in Dammam to establish my own project, but I lost about 500,000 rials, and this loss has taught me a lot of lessons in my simple experience.
Almisihal continued saying: There is nothing difficult, and by determination you can achieve your goal, and that's what I did, as I established a small business specializing in air conditioning sector and began with one worker only ,it had a big role in my progress on the personal and practical level, and I have achieved consecutive successes thanks to God, and then the stand of many people by me, and today 900 specialized workers work in my company in a variety of fields.
Almisihal advised the young business men of the need to search for distinctive investment opportunities and presenting a new image and creative ideas, and entring market with a careful dventure and being aware of former businessmen experiences who failed in the beginnings of their business, and achieved great consecutive successes later.
For his part, Chief Executive of the young businessman said in Asharqia Chamber Musaad bin Zamil Al Zamil said that this meeting is the fourth meeting, which is held in the provinces of the eastern region, we aim through it to serve young people of the region.
Based on the Council's vision to be the first reference to support and guide young businessmen and provide an environment that will contribute in motivaating the development of pioneer businessmen and improving the national capacities.
Member of the council Mohammed Al Musfer also explained that the goal of the Council of Eastern young businessmen is to spread the culture of entrepreneurial spirit among young people and encouraging their initiative and creativity and guiding young people to manage their business on a scientific, technical and administrative modern basis, and cooperating and coordinating with the relevant authorities to remove challenges off pioneer businessmen, also he talked about a number of programs and its work. In conclusion the member of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber Rasheed Al Rasheed has honored the guests of the meeting with memorial shields.
